Waldero's Wich's LTD. Co. is a small, family-run counter in downtown Las Vegas, New Mexico. Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients — big sandwiches, loaded salads, blended smoothies, and now a growing lineup of New Mexican plates built around roasted red and green chile.
